2021 - October - First meeting this year!
Nick Bailey from Gardener's World came to talk to the club about '365 Days of colour in your garden'. The meeting was held in the church so we could safely have more in the audience.
Our September visit to the allotments was a great success. We were welcomed with Pimms, Cake and Nibbles and given a wonderful tour of the plots. There was a raffle with the most amazing box of homegrown produce and eggs, won by Geraldine Heath.
On a record-breaking hottest day of the year, the Garden Club visited Hyde Hall, the RHS garden near Chelmsford. Everyone enjoyed the visit despite the heat, and the air conditioned coach was much appreciated!
